For the first time we are proud to be offering our free Post Natal Adjustment Programme (PNAP) to the new mumma’s in Central Hawkes Bay.

This 8 week programme runs from the 26th of August until the 30th of September 2022. During the 8 weeks you will learn coping strategies, gain invaluable support and connect with other new mums. Our course is facilitated by qualified and experienced therapists and childcare is available.
