Introducing our Board: Ofa Taukolo
Ofa Taukolo joined the Napier Family Centre Board in May this year. She’s a representative of the Trinity Methodist Church and a fresh new face in Hawke’s Bay. We warmly welcome Ofa and her family to Napier and to the NFC whānau.
“My name is ‘Ofa Taipaleti Taukolo and I am the new full time station presbyter for Trinity Methodist Church of Napier. I have been married to Ivan Taukolo for nearly 15 years, and we have two children.
“I moved with my family from Auckland to Napier five months ago and Trinity Methodist Church of Napier is my very first appointment. We are now settled in and we love it here in the Hawke’s Bay.
“I had my Degree in Biblical Studies (Bachelor of Divinity), a Certificate in Licentiate of Ministry Studies and in Clinical Pastoral Education. I had been a Community Support Worker for 2-3 years working for the IHC- Idea Services in Auckland.
“My hobbies include singing, networking, travelling and having fellowship.”
